If you are having issues or questions about a digital download file, please contact us by email to resolve this issue: printables@organizdnursedesigns.com.

Currently, all of our templates are PDF files that you can print or upload to a notes app i.e. GoodNotes or Notability to write/type on. If you need an editable template with text boxes to type in on a computer, please send me an email: printables@organizednursedesigns.com.

All of our products are currently digital download PDF files. No physical items will be shipped. Your files will be available for instant download upon placing your order.
