Organized Nurse Designs
Our Mission Statement
"To help future nurses thrive in school and as new nurses by providing resources that help nursing students save time, study more effectively, and take care of themselves so that they can excel in their program and start their careers on the right foot."
To reduce the number of students and new graduate nurses leaving the profession.
There are a number of reasons for the rise in nursing school dropout rates, including:
1. Lack of resources to devote 100% of the time to nursing education.
2. Lack of adequate study skills and committed educators.
3. Conflicts involving child care, family, and other responsibilities.
We believe that practicing self-compassion, time management, and organization is key to thriving in nursing school and as a new nurse.
Hi Friend! My name is Nessa and I have been a nurse for 4 years.
In 2017, when I was in my LPN program, I barely passed Fundamentals.
I know what it's like to struggle in nursing school. I was overwhelmed
with all of the information we had to learn in a short amount of time. I did
not have access to affordable resources to help me study.
Fast forward to 2021, I went back to school for my RN--I did not want to go through the same struggles I did as an LPN student.
I started making my own study templates and colorful study guides to help understand the information as I am a visual learner. I started sharing my notes with classmates, and before I knew it, nearly my entire class started using the guides I made to study for our exams.
Nursing school is tough, but simplifying the content makes everything so much easier to understand!
My goal is to help you stay organized, simplify difficult nursing concepts and provide colorful templates to help you study. Whether you're a student, new grad, or seasoned nurse, there is something for you on this page!
Thank you for stopping by--feel free to message me if you need help with nursing school, have any questions or if you simply want to chat. - Nurse Nessa, xoxo
